Morning Routine

GENTLE CLEANSER - Can be applied wet or dry. Massage over face and neck and tissue off or rinse with water. This cleanser is very gentle on your skin and will not strip it of moisture. It has lavender, and aloe to help hydrate you skin. This is a great product for post chemical peel and photodynamic therapy care.

VITAMIN C - Only a very small amount is needed. Skin will feel like silk. If it ‘peels,’ you applied too much. (If it stings, you may have to wait ½ hr. after washing for pores to close before applying.) Vitamin C will help keep the collagen alive in your skin therefore, keeping it full and youthfull.

SUNBLOCK - Apply sun block after the Vitamin C cream. Our sunblock will protect you from harmful UVA and UVB rays that cause free radicals. Free radicals can lead to premature aging and possible skin cancer.

LIPID DROPS - Apply after all products, if you are feeling dry or tight (before make up if using). Our lipids mimic what your body should naturally be creating and will hydrate your skin without leaving it greasy or oily.

Evening Routine

Prescription Cream - Dr. Ali compounds this amazing rejuvenating cream in her lab at WellMedica. Keep in cool dry location. To avoid contamination use the spatula given to scoop out amount necessary for application. Apply to face evenly avoiding the corners of the mouth and nose, as they are prone to drying, because of the Retin-A used in the cream. Rejuvenating Anti-Oxidant Cream - Apply over the Prescription cream. Both of these are for night only. If you start to peel, work into the Prescription cream. Start with every other night or every third night; then work up to every night. You may also mix the RX Prescription cream and Rejuvenating Anti-Oxidant Crème together before applying. The anti-oxidant cream will help combate any free radicals in your skin. It will help preserve collagen, hydration and suppleness to your skin.

NOTE: Do not have facial hair waxed while on the RX Prescription Creme. You may stop the cream two weeks prior to a waxing. Please make follow up appointment with Dr. Ali in 4-6 weeks to review skincare.
