WHAT IS AVIVA?
Aviva offers women an alternative to surgical labiaplasty that is minimally invasive. Also called "The Scarless Labiaplasty," Aviva is performed under local anesthesia to tighten and firm the labia majora, labia minora, and vulvovaginal tissue.
HOW DOES AVIVA WORK?
Aviva is designed for electro-coagulation and hemostasis, the same technology as FaceTite and BodyTite, to help with shrinking and tightening the skin. This minimally invasive technology is designed with extensive safety features to reduce the risk of thermal injury during the remodeling of the soft tissue matrix, while increasing collagen production using the focused radiofrequency (RF).
AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR AVIVA?
Although it is completely normal that the labia become uneven, stretched, or elongated with age, it can become a sort of discomfort for women aesthetically, emotionally, and functionally. Some women are born with large or irregular labia, while others become stretched due to childbirth or hormonal changes leading to increased laxity in the labia and thinning of the vaginal tissue.
Until recently, surgical labiaplasty was the only solution for women. The Aviva procedure by InMode now offers women a scarless labiaplasty option without need for stiches or a long recovery period. It is a great alternative to the traditional, more invasive labiaplasty treatment.
You may be a good candidate for Aviva if:
- You want to improve external vaginal appearance.
- You experience irritation or discomfort in the genital area when having sexual intercourse or wearing tight clothing.
- You want to tighten the external vaginal opening.
- You want to improve sexual function and enjoyment.
- You want to improve urinary control.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER TREATMENT?
An in-person consultation is required with Dr. Dima Ali to determine if Aviva is the right treatment for your needs. Other nonsurgical options like ThermiVa and Votiva (FormaV) can successfully rejuvenate both the vagina and the labia with no downtime.
Before
