HOW MANY ACNE DEEP CLEANSE FACIALS TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

At WellMedica, we recommend Deep Cleanse Facials biweekly or monthly in order to keep one’s skin healthy and acne-free, but again it does depend on the person’s skin type and skin routine prior to treatments. Each treatment might take an average of 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the severity of the acne.

HOW MUCH DOES THE ACNE DEEP CLEANSE FACIAL COST?

The cost of an acne-deep cleanse facial starts at $175 per session and up. (There are a variety of factors that determine the overall price). To ensure that your acne deep cleanse facials are affordable, we accept a variety of payment methods including special financing plans.

WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE AND AFTER AN ACNE DEEP CLEANSE FACIAL TREATMENT?

Before the treatment you will have a chance to voice any skin concerns with Dr. Dima Ali and our master aestheticians to come up with the right treatment for your skin type. There isn’t too much you need to do to prepare for an acne deep cleanse facial but there are a few things to note.

Stop using exfoliating skin care products a day or two before your facial to reduce sensitivity.
Avoid tanning prior to your facial appointment.
Do not wax your facial hair at least 72 hours before scheduled appointment.
Ensure that your skin is hydrated and moisturized on the day of your appointment. Drink plenty of water in the days leading to your treatment.

The cleansing is done with our specialized technique and acne EpiOrganic products to calm the skin, and promote healing and regenerate new healthy skin cells. Next the skin is also extracted, exfoliated, steamed, masked, and moisturized accordingly.

One may experience redness, or irritation after the treatment which usually comes with facials, yet this should go away within a few days or less. Remember that results are cumulative. The more consistent you are with getting facials, the better your skin will look and feel.

Things to do after an acne deep cleanse facial:

Avoid touching your face before washing your hands or grab a hand sanitizer.
Change your pillowcase when you arrive home.
Remember to continue using the skincare regime recommended by Dr. Dima Ali to maintain your skin.
