Before

Ensure that the vaginal area is shaved and washed with Hibiclens the night prior and the day of the procedure.
Purchase Spanx as you will need to wear them for a couple of weeks after the procedure.
Have a few pantyliners on hand.
Please make sure that you have Tylenol available in case of soreness.

During

Topical and local anesthetic will be applied to numb the area.
The Aviva wand is then used to precisely heat the tissue using a small entry point during which any excess skin is carefully adjusted around the vaginal opening and other parts of the genital area until a symmetrical smooth appearance is achieved.
Procedure takes an average of one-hour in office.

After

Mild swelling, discomfort, and redness will be experienced
