A Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept in your history file. Rescheduling your appointment will only be facilitated without any extra fee when done 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. The rescheduling fee for Consultations and all services is $275. We also have a cancellation policy in place, if you plan to cancel your consultation or treatment.
Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your credit card on file will be charged the cancellation fee. If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment without providing notification, the service will be considered rendered and you will either be charged the full amount of the service or the cancellation fee, whichever is greater. Should you arrive late for a scheduled appointment and time does not allow us to perform some or all of your treatment, the full amount of the service or the cancellation fee (whichever is greater) will be charged to your credit card on file. The cancellation fee for Consultations and all services is $275.
As a courtesy to our patients, our system automatically emails appointment reminders 72 hours prior to the scheduled service. If you choose not to provide us with your email address, we do have a second reminder for our patients which is through a text message. The text message is sent out to the patients 24 hours prior to their treatment. Should the appointment reminder system fails for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.
