Cancellation

We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we must receive notification by phone or e-mail 48 hours in advance, or you may be subject to a $225 canceling and rescheduling fee. Appointments scheduled for more than an hour will be subject to a $500 fee. NO-SHOW appointments will be subject to a $225 fee. Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred or utilized for other procedures within a certain time frame. Deposits cannot be used for any products or prescriptions.
