1. Facial Appointments:

• Must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
• Missed facials do not roll over but can be transferred to a friend or family member within the same month.

1. Hydrojelly Repair Masks:

• Non-transferable and must be redeemed during the membership period.
• Cannot be exchanged for other products or services.

1. Product Discount:

• Members receive 15% off Cosminology products (excluding the Big Bang product) during facials.
