The UltraShape Power device works by emitting waves of focused, pulsed, ultrasonic energy that converges where patients want to target stubborn fat. • Drink about 10 cups of water the day of the treatment to stay hydrated.
• Avoid smoking for a few days before treatment.
• Refrain from taking supplements that can increase the risk of bruising.
• Discuss with your physician any medications you take.
• Avoid sunburns.
• Men should shave the abdomen and/or love handle area prior to treatment.
• Avoid alcohol consumption prior to treatment.

The downtime is essentially non-existent. Unlike other fat-reduction procedures that use heat or freeze fat, UltraShape Power leaves you free of any unwanted visible side effects.
